First and foremost, it offers an excellent alternative to the name brand fitness trackers at a more budget-friendly price. The device continuously monitors my heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep patterns, providing valuable insights into my overall health. It’s a reliable tool for tracking my fitness progress and making informed decisions about my well-being.

The 24/7 heart rate monitoring feature is especially useful during workouts and daily activities. It helps me maintain my heart rate in the desired range and provides valuable data for optimizing my exercise routines. The sleep monitor has also been insightful, offering a detailed analysis of my sleep patterns and helping me make adjustments to improve my sleep quality.

The only reason I didn’t give this fitness tracker a full 5 stars is because the mobile app, while functional, doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of some of the higher-priced competitors. However, considering the significant cost savings, I’m more than willing to overlook this minor drawback. I got this for a household member and she loves it. Works great for tracking workouts! She was not able to figure out how to sync it with her phone to get call and text alerts. The screen was also not easy for her to read. That said she was very happy with it and her only true complaint was that her skin did not breathe with the band on it so she was always scratching at it. Unfortunately, that was a big deal and she stopped using it after about 2 weeks… so maybe something to keep in mind. I am not sure if there are other band options available online, I did not even look.

I purchased the VPSTAY Fitness Tracker and I have to say that I am very pleased with it. It has a great range of features, including 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, sleep monitoring, 7 day battery life, and a step calorie counter activity tracker. The tracker is also very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed with the accuracy of the data it provides. It has been very helpful in tracking my daily activity and helping me stay motivated to reach my fitness goals. I would highly recommend this fitness tracker to anyone looking for an accurate and reliable way to track their fitness progress.

The watch was easy enough to start up and monitor. You’ll need to download an app, which was quick to do as well. I was surprised that the watch provided notification when I had an incoming phone call. I may have overlooked that feature, to be honest. You can’t answer the phone call, or at least, I couldn’t,
It is easy enough to scroll between the watch monitoring functions though. Heart rate, steps, sleep health- just a swipe.

Liked this watch as it has many themes to choose from and especially the big bold time in digital way, clearly shows the time. This watch is great for tracking my steps, blood oxygen and sleep monitoring. all works great. The watch gets easily connected everytime i turn on the bluetooth to sync up the data. Some of the data can also be managed by app like changing themes, syncing time and weather. Not all functions just can be managed on the watch, app is absolutely needed to keep this watch working. Overall a nice watch that works well and provide all the fitness information just at a finger tip and value for money.

Decent basic tracker, not very customizable

Overall, this is a very basic fitness tracker. It would work for people who would like to track basic fitness stats (steps, calories burned via exercise, etc.) without wanting to spend a lot of money for all the bells and whistles.

The fitness tracker requires an app to be downloaded, and the two need to be paired via the QR code provided. You should not pair it via the smartphone’s bluetooth, only use the QR code from the fitness tracker. It does not sync continuously, it syncs every time you open the app on your smartphone.

The app itself is pretty basic, just like the fitness tracker. Home screen shows the number of steps taken that day, heart rate, and oxygen level. Device tab shows some limited customization options. You can choose the push notifications sent to the fitness tracker (text, email, etc.), set an activity or drink reminder, and choose to get local weather info. There’s also an option to change the screen wallpaper of the fitness tracker to your aesthetic tastes in the “dial library,” which has a lot of design options.

The information on the quick start guide is pretty limited, just basic how to get started. There is no information regarding the features, it’s all basically something that has to be figured out with use. From the main screen, you can swipe in all directions to view other information, and in many of those screens, you can also swipe in multiple directions to access all the tracking information.

Some things are not intuitive. For example, if you swipe down, you’ll see several icons including the settings feature. One of the icons is a battery, which you might assume would show the battery level of the fitness tracker. Nope, that one is to set to power-saving mode. To see the battery level in percentage numbers (there is always a visual rep of the battery level at the top corner), you have to go to Settings and then Battery in there and it will show the charge level. I am not sure how accurate this is since my display has been showing 80% charge for two days now with no change at all, which is strange considering my continuous use.

The sleep tracker was confusing because there’s nowhere to view or set the times it tracks people sleep. After a few days and nights, I did realize it only keeps track of sleep at night and does not/cannot keep track of any additional sleep times (e.g. if you nap during the day, it will not record/track that). The fitness tracker does have a “find phone” feature and the app has a “find tracker” feature, which is very nice.

Again, this is a product for someone with very basic tracking needs. It’s not for people who have more advanced tracking needs, who have sleep cycle issues throughout the day or who want more health diagnostics.
