Pros: it has a lot of cool functions and features, HR rate is pretty on point, easy app use, great for measuring steps, comfortable, nice display, easy to go through settings, battery lasts like a week, O2 works okay, good with notifications, music controls, etc.

Cons: watch band keeps coming out of the piece that’s supposed to keep the excess down, stress level isn’t accurate at all (it’s pointless), sleep monitor isn’t very accurate and doesn’t explain respiratory rate well (mine keeps saying “poor” but doesn’t really explain what the numbers mean), caloric intake is pointless and not helpful, no BP measurements, Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, etc

There’s an option for it to notify you if your HR stays over 100+ for 10 minutes or longer but would prefer it gave options like 3, 5 or 7 minutes for people with POTS which could help indicate a coming presyncope episode.

But, I got mine during prime days for $25 so I can’t complain too much.

This watch was very simple to pair and set up with my cell phone. I am not tech savvy in any way. After getting the watch and setting it up. I went through a bunch of the features and found a new face on the app that I like. One of the features that I also like, is the flashlight mode. It has two different settings for dim and bright. Counts calories, distance, heartbeats ect. Also comes with 2 bands for extra comfort.

I just got the watch today. Aesthetically,, it’s quite nice. Yeah, I am a guy and YES I like rose gold (watch frame) and light pink (band).

First impressions:
– setup was pretty easy, HOWEVER, the app would NOT download for a Lenovo Tab P11 2nd gen tablet. The app devs need to look at what the problem is for some devices and work through the Android protocols to overcome the issues. It’s not the Android version, which is 13, because it installed just fine on my Samsung smartphone with Android 13.

– To get things to work the way you want, like having BPM, you sometimes have to dig into different menus on the app. Not everything is located under one setup section. Once you find things, however, it’s not too bad.

As for the LCD, well, it is an LCD, which means that it’s lit with LEDs. Therefore, you do see the «glow» and no pure black. This is not an expensive watch, so this is to be expected. To get pure blacks, one would need an OLED display.

Accuracy: (I use a very accurate oximeter to compare. This oximeter has been compared to hospital versions-personally).

– BMP is accurate withing a few beats. «Close enough»

– Sp02…. The number produced appears to be FAKE as it is ALWAYS 98% after it vibrates. During its cycle, it will bounce between 97% and 98% and after the cycle ends and it vibrates the watch, it lands on 98%. Even when the true Sp02 is 93%, this still says 98%.

So if you want a smart watch for Sp02 THIS IS NOT THE ONE!!!

But if you want a basic watch that seems to function not too bad, the price is right on this one.

Having it for over a month now, and still impressed by the quality of this watch.

Super long battery life. Not days but weeks, with features such as continuous heart rate turned on. I had to check if the watch is still going after a couple of weeks and found 22% left. That’s very delightful if you know what I mean – when you have many things to worry about in daily life, any little thing tells the opposite can make you feel very soothing.

It is light, very light. Plus the material of the band, I feel nothing when wearing it. It’s an interesting finding that I didn’t want to take it off even for showers.

I like simple and the app can help. I neede only 3 things – time, count and don’t miss a call. Through the app, I can update my cover to the most lean one, and only kept heart beat tab to check heart beat history. Feel the relief when you’ve done this!

Stylish. A friend noticed it on my first day wearing it, “New watch? Where did you get the band from? It’s nice”. I admit I really like how it looks.

It’s my birthday gift from my wife, as she knows I am a total Alexa addict 🙂 It performs great with voice control and recognizing my activity types. The one I like most is the speaker is loud and clear and easily noticeable vibration, which really helps me not miss any messages synced from phone. Messenger can show multi-page characters instead of title or sender only. I can answer calls without touching phone, and bring up its function with voice, adjusting brightness, setting reminders & alerts, control music – you name it. It can auto-recognize what I’m up to, ask for approval, and then start tracking, just like a personal coach pushing me to be active and not lazy 🙂 It offers a lot of selection of watch faces, though I noticed some are locked and need a pay.
